Grilled Portuguese Chicken
For great grilled Portuguese Chicken add some MANOFUEL Piri Piri Sauce.
Small Whole Chicken

MANOFUEL Piri Pir Hot Sauce
Cut the breast plate so that whole chicken is flat.
Marinade with white wine and plenty of sliced garlic, salt and pepper.
Before grilling, pour MANOFUEL Piri Piri Hot Sauce all over the chicken, use a brush to get every inch.
Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
Place chicken bones down first then turn over onto skin side, rotate often until cooked.
You can brush additional hot sauce on as you like.
When fully cooked and charred cut and serve.
